Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs apply to all purchases.  Price will be quoted based on destination, weight and volume.  Customers may arrange their own collection. Please notify us of this when placing the order. Refer also to our FAQs regarding delivery and insuring your order.

Orders are collected by our courier company daily from our warehouse in Cape Town. 

We aim to process your confirmed order within 2 days of receipt (subject to payment having been received into our bank account if required) but delays may occur in our busy season, if your order is very large, or due to orders needing to be personalized (we are reliant on third parties for this), jewellery or keyrings having to be manufactured or special requests.  (We manufacture many of our jewellery items, glass gift sets and keyrings to order only).  If you have a deadline to meet let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you. 

You will be informed if items are out of stock, when we expect to receive the stock and recommended replacements.

Returns

Goods returned in perfect condition will be credited in full after they have been returned to our warehouse by courier and checked.

Please check the condition of the boxes on receipt or your order and notify the courier company by recording the damage on the waybill prior to acceptance if any damage or tampering is evident.  Thereafter notify us immediately and send photos of the damaged boxes and a copy of such endorsed waybill. 

We have a thorough stock picking and checking process that involves at least 2 independent checks so we are confident there will be no shortfalls or other discrepancies in your order.  Should you find that items are missing, please notify us within 5 days of receipt and we will investigate and credit if necessary.  After 5 days we will take it that the goods have been received as invoiced.
